Agreement Intake

In an effort to provide the best possible customer service, JHURA has updated its intake system to support the productive exchange of information, greater transparency, and heightened efficiency. This process applies to all requests for review, signature, and/or processing of incoming agreements and modifications thereto, including non-funded agreements (e.g. Teaming Agreements, NDAs, Data Use Agreements, or Material Transfer Agreements).

Coeus remains the main workflow process for proposals. All funded agreements must have a related Coeus record approved by JHURA in order to be reviewed, in addition to this intake form.

To submit an agreement for review by JHURA, please complete this form and attach the agreement below. Any additional correspondence that would be helpful for JHURA’s review should also be attached to this form in PDF format. Fields with an asterisk are required.
